Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbsp of water
  •  2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1.5 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic chopped
  •  bird's-eye / Thai Chile cut into fine slices

Instructions
