I am a Vietnamese who is passionate about travel and food. I have visited several countries such as USA, Australia and Canada…, and I have noticed that not only Vietnamese people like Vietnamese food but also locals. That is the motivation for me to carry out this project to bring you the most accurate Vietnamese cuisine perspective.
You’ve probably heard of some famous Vietnamese dishes like Pho, Bun Bo Hue, Banh Xeo, Banh Mi… But that’s just a small part of Vietnamese cuisine. Have you heard of dishes such as shrimp paste, Thang Co and Pha Lau? I think most of you don’t know.
