Vietnamese Yogurt Black Sticky Rice Pudding- Sữa Chua Nếp Cẩm recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup black sticky rice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2-3 leaves of pandan (or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 1/2 cups water
- plain yogurt (no sugar, no flavor)
- crushed frozen (for serving, not necessary)
- additional sugar (for serving, but not required)
- mint leaves (for garnishing)
Instructions
